Welcome to EduMission Services (hereinafter referred to as “EduMission”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the website https://www.edumissions.in/ (the “Site”) and/or our services (including courses, training, materials, consulting, etc.) (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by the these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or access the Site or Services.
1. Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
- User / you / your means any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Site or registers for or uses the Services.
- Account means your registered user account on the Site.
- Course / Program / Service means any educational program, class, training, workshop, or material offered via the Site by EduMission.
- Materials / Content means course content, videos, lessons, documents, e-books, assignments, tools, software, or other educational resources offered or provided via the Site.
- Fees means any charges, subscription, tuition, or payments payable by you to access the Services.
- Third-Party Services means services or content provided by parties other than EduMission Services which may be integrated with or linked from the Site.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law.
- If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
- To use certain Services, you may be required to register and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must inform us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
3. Use of Services & Acceptable Conduct
- You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
- You shall not:
a. Use the Site or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
b. Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, transmit, publicly display, or exploit any Materials except as expressly permitted under these Terms;
c. Use any automated system (like bots, scrapers) to access the Site;

e. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems;

- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these obligations.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, logos, designs, course materials and other intellectual property on the Site are owned by or licensed to EduMission Services (unless otherwise indicated).
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and Materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
- You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Materials unless expressly permitted in writing.
- If you post any content (feedback, reviews, user-generated content), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, reproduce, display, and adapt that content in connection with our Services.
5. Fees, Payment & Refunds
- The fees for our Services (Courses, Programs, etc.) will be as published on the Site or communicated to you at the time of purchase.
- All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- You agree to make payments using the payment modes made available (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, wallets, etc.). You must provide accurate payment information.
- Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. However, we may (at our discretion) offer refunds or credits under special circumstances (for example, non-delivery of promised service).
- We reserve the right to change pricing or introduce new fees at any time, but we will communicate such changes in advance (e.g. via email or notice on the Site).
- Non-payment or failed payment may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
6. Cancellation, Termination & Suspension
- You may cancel your enrollment or subscription as per any cancellation policy communicated to you (if applicable).
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services (in whole or part) at any time, with or without notice, if:
a. You violate these Terms;
b. You are engaged in unauthorized use or suspected misuse;
c. We are compelled to by law or regulatory order;
d. We discontinue or modify Services (in whole or part).
- Upon termination, your license to use the Materials ceases, and we may delete or disable your Account and access.
- Any rights and obligations which by their nature survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, liability disclaimers, refunds) will remain in effect.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimer of Warranties. The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- We do not guarantee specific academic results or outcomes from use of Services.
- Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduMission Services and its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including loss of data, profits, goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid, if any, for enrollment in the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
8. Third-Party Services & Links
- The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for those third parties’ content, practices, or policies.
- Use of third-party services is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and conditions and privacy policies.
- In some cases, we may integrate with or use third-party payment gateways, hosting, analytics, or tools; you agree to comply with their terms as applicable.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information, and your rights in relation to it.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise or update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EduMission Services and its affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your wrongful acts.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kalyan, Maharashtra, India.
- You agree to irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objection to an inconvenient forum.
13. Severability & Waiver
- If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver of any breach or default by you shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly agreed in writing by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and EduMission Services with respect to the Site and Services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements or communications.
